Karen and her team truly are the epitome of excellence when it comes to midwifery care! This
was my second experience with a midwife and first homebirth and I could not have asked for a
better care provider. Karen clearly has the experience and clinical knowledge of an expert.
Because of this, she is able to provide a wealth of knowledge and options that left both me and
my husband feeling informed and empowered to make the best decisions for our unique needs.
Karen and her team went above and beyond during every prenatal appointment to listen to and
address any concerns, even going so far as to run additional lab work on a regular basis for us.
Appointments were timely yet thorough, and they were always willing to accommodate our
scheduling needs or allow older siblings in with open arms (and often additional helping hands.)
Birth and postpartum were of course no different, with Karen accompanying us with expertise
and genuine concern every step of the way. Any complications were addressed immediately,
and a healthy mom and baby as well as our breastfeeding success were entirely due to Karen’s
diligence. House calls, late-night check-ins, endless recommendations for breastfeeding,
hormones, and baby care..they were there to provide it all. They truly embody a perfect balance
between professional yet personal and loving care. Every family deserves to feel as valued,
respected, educated and cared for as Karen made us feel. Our family could not be more
grateful!
